Invicta HouseCall is a transitional care service for Medicare Homebound clients.
We work with our Home Health Care partners to provide comprehensive physical assessment, Face to Face, medication reconciliation, and refills to our Medicare Homebound clients. Other services include ordering Durable Medical Equipment (DME) – wheelchair, walker, hospital bed, bedside commode, and so on.
With the use of our portable ultrasound machine, we perform a variety of tests. Our patients are then referred to the appropriate medical specialists, within our network – Neuro., Ortho., Pain Mgmt, Psychiatrist, Podiatrist, Vascular. All our medical specialist accept Medicare.
Tests include Echocardiogram, Peripheral Vascular Profile(venous and arterials), Carotid, Thyroid, and Abdominal Scan.
